		<description>Where are you getting your beef? Are you going a place like Whole Foods (which is really good quality but really pricey)? If so, you might want to look for a source of local beef from a smaller independent butcher. Given where you live, I guarantee that there's something that is both excellent and local (possibly even pasture rather than grain fed), not to mention substantially cheaper.
